Hi, Tetiana from Ukraine trying to start selling after being a buyer for long time.
I have added my Payoneer, but Ebay requests some fixes from me, but whenever I click 'update account details', I get redirected to Payoneer dashboard, which shows Im fine and no updates or anything required from my end.
So whats next? 🙂
Sorry you are having problems with registration.
Since we are fellow sellers all we can offer is advice. You can contact a live eBay customer service agent from the bottom of the link in #2 using chat.
#1 Make sure that your name and address match your bank account exactly. If they don't match this can sometimes cause a problem with registration/ payout.
I had to add my middle name to my eBay account. You can not use a PO box for registration but you can use it for the ship from and to addresses. Verify that here in account settings: https://accountsettings.ebay.com/profile
#2. If you still have any problems with registration/payout Contact eBay Customer Service from the bottom of this help page:

Contact US and then type AGENT in the chat box on the lower right of the linked help page.
You will not be able to use the call back option since you located in another. You will need to use chat
