Need Help With Shipping

I listed an item as free local pickup instead of my intended free shipping. The guy I sold the item to lives to far to pick up in person. I cannot print a shipping label. The cost to the buyer does not change,

I would recommend filing a cancellation for Problem with buyer's address.  Then relist the item with shipping, send the buyer the new item number, and when the buyer pays, you should then be able to print the shipping label.

Thank you, I was thinking the same thing but hoping for an easier way. So if I file a cancellation, the buyer is refunded his payment then we start over from square one?
