I sold an item on ebay. A 600.00 dollar item. I described it accurately. I stated it as used. I even took extra pictures of it and sent it via ebay email to the buyer. I noted the scuff marks. I noted any flaws I could see... did everything correctly. Now the buyer wants a refund because it wasn't "new", because it had flaws, etc... I told the truth the complete truth and nothing but.... and he gets to return it and I get to pay fees. The truth of the matter here... Ebay does nothing to protect the seller. I have a lot of items to sell from an inheritance which will amount to a pretty penny.... after this experience... you gotta know I will be selling elsewhere. They don't protect the seller, they punish them even when they tell the truth. See ya ebay... not giving you a dime more.
