There is a link to check the status of a report. The link asks for the item number. The item number is not bringing up a report, despite my filing one. When I try to file a new one, it says I already did. The title, specifics, and description all said this was beige. Other sellers have the same item listed as beige. The manufacturer has the same item listed as beige. I've sold over 40 of these in the last few years, all as beige. How is this NAD? Why can I not check the status of the report, And why did eBay side with the buyer? There is something wrong with the way the long term sellers are not being protected, this will stay in my metrics for a year. I'm pretty unhappy about the whole thing right now.
