My package stuck in Glendale Heights, IL for almost 3 weeks!

I placed an order on March 29th, and saw that it was shipped immediately (kudos to the store). Then, on April 2, she arrived at the hub in Glendale Heights. And since then silence!
No one updates what is happening, why the package is stuck, when it is expected to be delivered, etc.

Just saying that the order I ordered from AliExpress China one day later, already arrived a few days ago.

And no one to talk to! There is no way to contact other than these chatbots who know nothing.

I don't even mind that the package will arrive tomorrow, I just want to get more specific details.

@ariefarid   Just adding that you and the seller should receive the new tracking number when the item leaves the Illinois hub.   You can find the NEW tracking number in your purchase history.

After the item reaches the hub the sellers job is done and there's nothing they can do other than refer to the tracking number.

If the item is late arriving then you can file a refund request for an item that is not received.

Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when the item is at least a day late.  If tracking shows movement I recommend waiting a week or so for postal service delays.

You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay.

Select your item on this page to start a refund request:

4 business days after you file the refund request ask eBay to step in and help if the seller has not refunded you.

If it is more than 30 days past the last estimated delivery date then you can file a refund request on PayPal up to 180 days from the date of purchase. OR if you didn't use PayPal at checkout contact your bank or credit card to report that you didn't receive the item.

Have you contacted your Seller?  That is where you start.  Contact them and tell them your problem.  Ask them to put a TRACE on the package [file a report with USPS] and that should help shake the package loose.

You can provide them this link for their ease.

The seller says it's already delivered to ebay. There is a tracking number, which leads to EIS in Glendale Heights. I can believe it's there, but i would know why isn't it shipped for so long time

Shipping and tracking your items

When shipping your item to the domestic shipping hub, always add tracking details and include the reference number on the label to ensure it arrives safely. This is done automatically for you if you create the shipping label on eBay. The domestic shipping hubs are in multiple locations so you may see different addresses on your labels.

Once your item is received at the domestic shipping hub, international tracking will be added so that you and your buyer can track the item's progress.

If you'd like to purchase shipping insurance for your item, you'll only need to insure the package for the journey to the domestic hub. If the item is lost during international delivery, we'll refund your buyer and you'll still keep the sale.

Do you see the new tracking number on your purchase history for this item?
