I recently requested a return for an item I bought, and I am prompted with a return page to select carrier and pay the fee upfront. the only option is USPS and I must pay the fee online.
I dont want to use USPS and I dont want to pay with it with my credit card. I just need a return address and I will ship it via fedex.
I have a business fedex account I get better rates with fedex, besides I can show it as a business expense etc. etc.
Is USPS my only option for return? and I must pay for it with my credit card?
