Multiple Technical Problems

A customer contacted me 2 weeks ago saying there was no photo on an item that he was interested in. Upon investigation I discovered that out of the 12 photos I had placed on the add that all but the main photo had been removed. I was able to relist the add which at least made visable the one main item. Upon further investigation I discovered over 200 of my 800 items had had the same thing happen. I had to end this items and relist just to get one photo up.for each add. This is just one issue. At the same time my notifications of sales ceased AND there were no veiws and some watchers were not listed. I contacted eBay twice daily regarding these issues and made numerous "tech reports". My photos continued to be removed for a few more days which in my opinion has cripled my business severly. Finally the photos have seem to stop being removed but I have to manually go through all 800 plus items daily to check for removals which needless to say is very time consuming. I am now getting notifs for sales but the veiws are still not functioning. I have called in to see about compensation for hundreds of hours of work shooting photos and listing them as well as the effect it has had on my business, down 45%, but am told it is not a legitimate reason for compensation. I am struggling to make a living and am going to take legal action.
