I believe I've found a bug but don't see an category under Contacts to report it. I have two listers working with me who are not able to do a Create listing > Multiple Listing in my account . They both get a pop-up error, "Something went wrong. The page can't be loaded at this time." They don't get this error when creating their own listings, it only happens when they're accessing my account. They are able to use the single listing option when connected to my account, but this is affecting productivity. This is not a new problem and has been going on for some time. Has anyone heard of this, or able to recommend a channel where I could escalate within support at eBay?
