Multiple CDs sold to same international buyer through Global Shipping Program - Do I ship together?

I sold 3 cds to the same buyer. It shows as one transaction although the buyer paid the shipping three times. (Normally $3.50 for a CD, they paid $10.50). However there is only one Reference number provided for all 3 items. Should I ship these all together, or would that mess me up tracking wise as they can claim only one was delivered - or do I ship them separately, possibly causing confusion by having three different packages with the same reference number? I've shipped GSP before but never multiple items to the same buyer. Thoughts?
