Hi before I take any action I wanted to ask questions to further understand a process. I'm interested in purchasing a vechile and I was told that I have to go a retail store to purchase eBay cards totaling up to the amount of the product and I'm skeptical in to wondering why and why can't I use a debit or credit card

You found this "vehicle" on another site, not eBay, perhaps Craig's List.  I put the word "vehicle" in quotation marks because there is no vehicle.  This is a fairly common scam on CL and it must work a fair amount of the time because people still come here and ask about it.

CL and eBay have no connection in any way whatsoever.  There is no soldier, widow, flight attendant or whatever other story you were told.  There is also no "ebay warehouse" where the car is stored.  

And why would any seller with any brains deliver a car to a total stranger for a trial period?
