More fees......less ebay service

Is anyone else on ebay upset that since ebay now manages all payments, their fees have major increased....and their customer service contiinues to decline ??   The usps has had, and obviously will continue, major delays and many lost packages. I continue having buyers upset due to this. Ebay will not do what we pay them to do. Before they send a seller an open case request, they should research tracking info for the item to see where in the system the package is. Come on ebay.....DO WHAT WE PAY YOU TO DO.
