Message doesn't appear in sent folder

Message sent to 2 of my buyers are not in my sent folder so I am not sure if they are really sent to the buyer or not.

 

I have already sent 2 emails each (same email to make sure) to both the buyers but no luck. Could someone help me here, because this can cause some damage to me and the buyer.
