It appears to be an issue with one of customers as I was able to send to a different customer.  Does anyone know how to inquire about MB questions?  Thanks.

Are you receiving an error code, or a message when you try contacting your customers?  If you are we need to know the code number or exactly what the messages say.

If you are trying to give out contact information for local pickup item, before a buyer commits to buy, ebay will not let the message be sent.

No, it just says it isn’t going through & it is to one of my main customers (just wanting to thank for continued business, package shipped, etc.).  No error code I can see; just says it isn’t going through.  Tried with another customer & it worked there.
