Item shipped but as you can see never delivered. My 1st time to experience this, & still can’t get satisfied about the outcome.

You must file an ITEM NOT RECEIVED dispute at the link I provided.  If no item or refund in four days go back to the dispute and ask ebay to step in.  Do not close or let the case expire (30 days without doing this.
