Mark items as collected without code

Hi

I was unaware of the new changes to selling on Ebay and when two of my items were collected recently I didn't get the code from the buyer.  How do I mark them as collected?  

One of these buyers has been a nightmare- bought an item for collection when he lives 200miles away and I had to post a large car seat!  Some of his emails were a little stroppy and I really don't want to contact him again!
