Managed Payments and processing payments

I recetly had to switch to managed payments and ive added my ally bank information. I had to create a new account because of no longer using paypal for payouts. Ebay says that I was paid on sunday 14th But then under payments it still shows as processing.... Payment has not hit my bank account and it still shows as processing. 

What would cause this to hold on processing but state that I was paid out.... This makes no sence

Hi.  Ebay rates sellers based o their most recent 12 months feedbacks, seller defects, etc.  During that rating period you have only 14 selling feedbacks and one is a negative.   until you reach all of the following you are subject to payment holds - 

25 positive feedbacks.

$250.00 in sales.  

90 days since your first selling feedback in the rating period.  

Ebay will release funds within 24 hours of the online viewable tracking you entered into transaction history shows delivery or up to 21 days if no delivery scan.   When ebay re3leases the funds federal banking laws give your bank up to 4 days to process and post the electronic deposit.  

Pay pal spoiled us by instantly releasing the payment without the 4 day hold.  But those days are over as pay pal did not renew it's ebay contract this year and ebay went elsewhere for that service.
