Macbook Pro - Return scam. Returned different computer serial number and many missing parts

Buyer/Seller "studentsellerm" Scammed me out of a macbook pro.  He purchased the Item, claimed it to have been damaged during shipping, filed a case with ebay, was granted the return.  When the computer arrived it was just a busted up shell of a computer.  Everything was missing, and the serial number didnt match.  Looking at his name on ebay, he sells used computers and parts.  It is clear that in intentionally stole from me.

eBay on the phone told me that there was nothing they could do.  PLEASE HELP!  What do I do to get my money back from this scammer?
