I just want to reach out regarding the issue that troubling me for days already. I have a client who is a seller in eBay. He sends me invitation link which is sent by eBay for me to have some access on his eBay store. I clicked email sent by eBay which is invitation sent by my client to have access on store. Now the email, i always check it and it's same email i use in my eBay account, 2FA is set up too. Now when i click it it redirected me to other tab saying,
''You don't have permission to perform this action. Please contact the account owner.'' How to solve this issue?

I noticed that you are registered and located in the Philippines (but I'll try to help).
Also, MUAA has been renamed. It's now known as > Team Access.
1) Do you have access to Seller Hub?
2) Is the seller also located in the Philippines?
This is what I found regarding the availability of Team Access (as you can see the information is older because it references the old name of MUAA):
"In addition to these new permissions, eBay has expanded MUAA availability to all the sites where Seller Hub is available: United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, Canada, France, Italy and Spain. Sellers on these sites can now delegate access to employees registered in the same country."
