Ebays new listing system creates a second draft sometimes when you are editing your initial listing. I created a second listing of one of my items and was unaware that I had, due to the amount of items I was working with and the amount of inventory I have and plus learning their new program. A buyer purchased the duplicated item but it had already sold so I refunded their money. That put me just barely over the top of the defect rate kicking me out of the Top Rated Seller category. I went back through my extensive inventory and found five more duplicate listings. I'm hoping there are not more duplicates that I didn't catch. I watch very carefully now when creating listings and relisting items to double check the drafts and make sure a duplicate hasn't been inadvertently created. When I've called eBay customer service (twice now) they have assured me that they will investigate, but since October.....I have heard nothing. Meanwhile I will have to live with this for a full year. Very frustrating. Very discouraging.
