Loss of Sales and other Issues since the new Product Based Platform?

HI,

 Are there any other sellers that are having problems with their seller account? Ebay support says that there is some Bug some sellers stores that is NEGATIVELY resulting in issues with: sales, inventory, active listings, able to successfully delete listings (even when says successfully deleted), and categories are not refreshing correctly and categories are not matching products. This is very disturbing and frustrating. Sadly, you may think that your seller account looks fine. However, it is not doing well at all. Ebay does not know how long it is going to take to FIX the BUG errors. This has been since July -Aug 2018 that the issues have been happening. If you do not call and get assistance your account will not be put on the List to be fixed. 

 Am I the only seller? What are Ebay's plans to compensate for loss of sales for sellers due to their errors? This is supposedly happening to many sellers. I would hope that Ebay  takes into consideration; not just the buyers happiness and satsifaction but, also the satisaction of  the sellers. Especially, those of us that have been with Ebay before they were the big company they are today.
