I currently use Auctiva for all of my listings. I had a custom Template installed several weeks ago and also had the same designer install custom software for my Ebay storefront. My logo, which was apart of my listings and storefront, is no longer showing on either of these. Everything else is fine. I checked the HTMLon the custom template and it looks like its there. Is it possible its not translating to Ebay correctly? It was working fine then all of a sudden gone. Does anyone have experience with this?
