I purchased this said item/Lockbox followed the directions on how to set the combination which was very easy to do then once I spun the combination and then later tried to open it up but it wouldn’t and I had to actually break into it to get my medication and $$ that I had in it so it wouldn’t open meaning that the item was damaged before it came to me since it will not open. Please refund or please send me another one. Thank you..
