Local pickup

I listed an item to be shipped by USPS.  The buyer paid for the item and USPS shipping.  Since the buyer was local we arranged for a pickup and meeting.  Although I offered to pay the buyer back for shipping, he said he was happy with the purchase and meeting, and would forgo refunding of shipping.  How do I tell eBay the item has been delivered by pickup vs USPS?

When an item is picked up in person, you should only accept cash. 

Now you will will have to wait 21 days for the paymento be released. 

If your buyer wants, he can open an case for item not received during this period and eBay will refund his money because you have no proof of delivery.
