Hello!
I'm a seller and I sold an item with local pickup for the first time. The buyer's phone was dead so he could not give me the QR to scan.
The buyer was super happy with the item and even left a positive review after all said was done.
I messaged the buyer the following day and asked him to send the code. He replied but the message was blank (I think eBay censored it potentially - I'm not sure)
So I've been unable to mark the order as picked up. And it's been lingering for almost a month now.
I've tried calling eBay seller support, but I cannot get passed the AI. The AI is SUPER unhelpful and rather annoying. It keeps telling me that it's outside of normal business hours. (It's 10:30am on a Thursday....).
If eBay is blocking messages with the buyer and I cannot talk to a human at eBay, how am I to resolve this issue???

In addition to eBay sending your Buyer the QR code, eBay would also have emailed him a six-digit code for you to enter manually. It would either be in his eBay messages or his personal email attached to his eBay account.
