Local Pickup with extra item included

I'd like to sell a book lot that has a custom bookshelf made for it.  I can't reasonably ship the bookcase, but I could ship just the books since they can go Media Mail.  If I want to make the bookshelf available for no extra charge to someone who purchases with Local Pickup, is there any reasonable way to include that in the listing, or should I just not mention it and then offer it to them via messages if someone does buy it locally?

I would list the book AND the bookshelf together in one listing and ONLY offer local pick up.

If you don't sell it that way after a few tries then you can just list the book by itself with shipping and not mention the bookshelf.
