Local Pick-up Option Isn't Being Retained in Listings

I'm in the habit of offering buyers the option of local pick-up in my listings.  Recently, all of my eBay listings have stopped retaining this option, even if I re-select it during a revision session and re-save the listing.  It just seemingly self-cleared on existing listings, even though it had already been successfully saved in the past; and although one can re-selected the checkbox, the option is not retained upon saving the listing.  Same with new listings:  the option does not save when the listing is created, even though it had been selected.

Anyone else noticing this problem?  It seems to have started about the same time that the global shipping program was introduced as an option; perhaps something got disturbed in the software...?
