Listing on ebay via Channel Advisor

Hello, 

I am using ChannelAdvisor to for listing my inventory on different marketplaces. Payment settings are the same for all items I want to list, yet on several items I received the following error message:

eBay responded with the message:
Short Message: Funds from your sales will be unavailable and show as pending in your PayPal account for a period of time.
Long Message: Funds from your sales will be unavailable and show as pending in your PayPal account for a period of time. Learn more: http://cgi6.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?UserPolicyMessaging

Could anyone please advise why this error message comes up and how to deal with it?
