Listing not found error 25002

I have won two items from this seller and due to I am away on business trip that led to delay on the payment. But I managed to pay all delayed item from other seller and one item from this seller. Unfortunately one of the item appeared an error when I am trying to click the item list " listing not found, application viewitem -25002". I assumed the seller already removed the item but open case that the item not paid. The other one also removed but managed to pay it but to click the list item same error " list not found, application - 25002".

Until now these two item in my list but can't open and the one that already paid until now status "paid" not shipped as per my other item from other seller. Need help here to solve these issues and to get rid the unpaid item recorded in my account. This create bad reputition on my account and I don't want ebay to suspend my account.
