Last month I was pleasantly surprised to be informed that I had reached Top Seller Status. Today I have an email telling me I no longer qualify, and am back down to "Above Standard". Nothing has happened in the interim to cause the change...no feedback issues, no shipping or return issues. As a matter of fact, we've refunded two customers shipping overpayments because they bought more than one item and we combined shipping.
What have I done to lose my newly acquired Top Seller Rating?
