Label printed wrong address, do I need to void and redo it?

The buyer sent me a message wanting to use a different address than what was originally sent. How do I reprint the label with the correct address. And is this ok with eBay to do? Thank you

You need to ship to the address on the buyers payment in order to have seller protection. If you want to give up your seller protection you will have to void the label and purchase a new one.

You must refund the payment and have the buyer pay using the other address.  You must ship to the address provided in PayPal.
