LISTING IN EVERYTHING ELSE ADULT MAGAZINES

I can't seem to list anything in the adult section.  After I set-up the auction, I press LIST ITEM and get the message that I have to set my mailing preferences to only USA and CANADA (I cannot find where this selection takes place).  So, Instead I just selected NO INTERNATIONAL.  When I press LIST, I again get the same message about setting preferences to USA and CANADA.  I spent over an hour trying to list a Playboy magazine and just gave up.

I tried again this morning and have the same problem.

Anyone know what I can do to list this magazine?
