Java Script thats not there.

Im told to update some of our stores listings because of active content from Java Script in the product description. First there is NO active content in our listings but even when making a draft it says there is.  I would go to update the listings and drafts, remove the non existent script and when i check on it the next day I'm told there is active content again. Second I can not update anything on my listings, all are Buy It Now. We have reached our store max of selling amount in dollars so we understand that certain things can not be changed but i cant even place items in store categories, change/add shipping services or change a single thing, I have tried.
