Item removed from the listing(seller removed ebay acc), but i payed it.

Hello,

Im from Croatia. I orderd an item that was removed from listing, but i payed it via paypal at the same time i orderd it (i have receipt). I got an email that the item is no longer available(and the user is no longer available on paypal),and since i didnt pay i dont have to...But sadly, today i got a bill from my bank (credit card used in paypal) in amount of 35$. So i did pay the item, but the item and seller are no longer on ebay. Is there any way to get my money back or am i screwed? For all of this i have saved mails as they were at the time, so i have proof if needed...Any help appriciated!
