Seller received payment but has never shipped item. Requested that they just go ahead and refund my money where they haven't shipped and refused, says ebay has to send the refund. I can't request to return as item has never shipped. Item was listed as antique/vintage yet seller has either mutiple listings for 1 item or not vintage/antique but mass produced. Next step?
