Has anyone else noticed an uptick in item not received cases? I had two today and both show delivered.
Also, I uploaded the tracking and they won’t close the cases? Why are sellers being penalized for everything.
I had a return the other day where the buyer used a third party freight company to get their item. They had the balls to open a case and say I damaged the item, when they sent the item back in the original package (which was cut, and had a damaged sticker on it).
I have no idea what to do anymore. Every person that works with this company is an ESL student.
