Item never available - always returns "page not found" and orange parka kid

This listing is returned in the search results that I make for a particular router - and has been returned for weeks now:

But whenever I click on it, I get "we looked everywhere" and the orange parka kid (getting to hate him :). This has been the case for weeks, not just a few days, so it's not just a recently-expired listing or something.

1) Does everyone else get "we looked everywhere" for this one, or is it just me? (like I'm blocked by the seller or something?)

2) If everyone is getting "not found", is this a glitch in Ebay's database, like a listing that never expired? Or...?

@upcyclenw  That means that eBay removed the listing because found something wrong with the listing OR the seller's account.

The item is no longer for sale.  You will need to find the item from another seller. Beware of deals that are too good to be true.
