Purchased shoes for my boys Christmas from Sneaker Cycle. They literally glued the soles on and sold me trashed sneakers. Now they won’t accept responsibility and return them. eBay has posted in their favor because it’s past 30 days. They were ordered early for Christmas so of course it is!!  What can we do because this is not right and they are doing this to others.

If you paid with Paypal, you can file a returns request because the item is not as described, for up to 180 days from the transaction.  The last resort is to file with your credit card issuer if that is how you paid.
