I keep getting a message at checkout that my payment can’t be processed and to try these other options - which I have - and still get the same message. I have talked to eBay, PayPal and my bank all of whom say there isn’t anything wrong with any of my accounts, yet every time I try to pay my invoice I get the same **bleep** message. Any help to resolve this issue would be great
