Is this Real?

Please see the attached jpg photo of my first invoice. 

I am a brand new seller, have sold one item for $100, and have seller costs of $248.

I feel like this is a dream. Loan sharks and pawn shops wouldn't do such a thing--therefore I feel certain eBay wouldn't (as they have a fine reputation that I respect).

So I ask again: Is this real?
