What address do you want to change?
You should not change the buyer's address or you'll lose seller protection. If this is the address you want to change and the request is coming from the same user ID as the buyer's, then you can cancel the transaction using the reason that there is a problem with the buyer's address and relist the item so he can repurchase with the correct address. Remind him to edit the address at checkout.
If you want to change your return address, first go to this link and make sure all addresses are updated.

When you print your next label, check on the label creation page to be sure the correct return address is displayed. If not, use the edit link to select the correct one. After that, it should stick.
