My auction clearly stated that any customs fees or taxes were the responsibility of the buyer. Now I have been left negative feedback from a European buyer for not paying her customs fees for her. Do I have any recourse to get the feedback removed? It is unreasonable to expect a US Seller to collect and pay European customs duties, and it has previously been the policy to remove any feedback relating to this issue. Thanks.

Contact eBay and have them remove the feedback.
