Is it time to cancel order?

I sold an item and when buyer didn't pay after 2 days I filed an unpaid item claim. The buyer eventually paid 5 days later. Then when I sent invoice, the buyer messaged me and said eBay had wrong address for them and told me not to ship until they contact eBay to get correct address. Fast forward ONE WEEK later...I have messaged buyer three times and NO response. I feel I've given way too much time for this buyer and want to cancel order. Should I???
