Is it possible to find an item with a literal plus sign (+) in the title?

Hello,

I'm trying to find items that match the exact value of "85+" (without quotes). When I do this, I get 85, not 85+. I'm versed in the advanced search, using the plus symbol as a way to match on grouped elements, as in +(value1, value2, etc) but was curious if there's a way to escape the + symbol to search for the literal + symbol.... like 85++ or 85\+ -- is this not possible?
