Is it possible to cancel my bid?

I bid on the Dyson hairdryer to give someone a present. But I found out later that it was used. I'm using a translator because I'm not good at English and it hasn't been long since I joined eBay. So I didn't know how to use it well, but I won the bid. I recognized my fault and asked the seller to cancel it but it was rejected. Is there any way?
