Invoice - First Time Store Owner

Hello! I just took a peak at my invoice and im really confused. I agree with the fees completely, but when I add them up they only amount to $40.50, and the invoice says, "Amount not yet billed $192.33." Will this correct itself? I do have a free promotional store period going on right now- the basic one. I cannot understand this invoice, the math just does not add up. Help!
