Inventory management for ebay store 1000+ listings to get end of year 2018 numbers from Excel

Hi,

I am getting tired after 5 years of doing physical inventory count at the end of the year for my accountant.  I literally have to add up everything for the price I paid not selling price so it is a nightmare.  I want an inventory control software that will help me get the year end numbers for this year from my excel spreadsheet and use it going forward.  Any ideas from anyone for a reasonable application to help me do this?  I usually have about 1000 items or more at all times and make approximately 30k a year for this business.  My accountant would be grateful too 🙂
