Invalid Zip Code

Is anybody else having problems while trying to list an item?  I have an unsold item that was due for automatic relisting, yet the item wasn't relisted.  When I tried to relist it, I got a message feom the Ebay system indicating to enter a valid zip code.  I live in Puerto Rico (zip code 00757) and this item was due for re-listing, meaning it had already been previously listed this way with no problems.

Easily enough, I changed the country (now Puerto Rico also appears separate from US).  However, tjhe system states that postage cannot be automatically calculated when the item location is "outside the US".  Really?  Puerto Rico is a US territory and uses the same US Postal Service!  More importantly, this is a recent change since I have been listing items the same way for years now.
