I don't want to sell to International buyers. I have all my selling preferences set so I don't have to ship to anything other than a U.S. address. Yet, I constantly get buyers with accounts based in China with U.S. addresses. Is there a way to block buyers whose ACCOUNTS are based outside the U.S.?
