Increasing sell limit in Hong Kong

Dear all,

im trying to increase my sell limit and encountering a bit of a problem?

im registered to eBay Hong Kong as I live in Hong Kong, but I don't read, or write Chinese. Unfortunately all the related online forms released by the Hong Kong support desk are in Chinese. eBay customer services say they cannot provide sell limit validation in English and cannot translate the Chinese validation forms.

Anyone have a similar issue they been able to resolve it?
