Increasing Quantity Number in a Counteroffer

I have an item for sale with Buy It Now and Best Offer options.  I have two of the item. 

A prospective buyer made an offer.  She immediately followed with a message stating "I will take both at my offer price times two if you ship both together with one shipping fee".   Is there a way to modify the quantity from 1 item to 2 items in my counteroffer to her?  If not, is there  way to accept her offer and bill for both items.

The only way I have determined to meet her request is to DECLINE her offer for 1 item and ask her to submit an updated offer for both items at her per unit price in a single shipment.  Is there a better way to capture this sale opportunity?
